Fieldrun provides an AI-powered user interview platform that enables businesses to conduct qualitative research at scale. Our service includes interview creation, participant management, AI-driven conversations, and automated analysis tools.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use our service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use our service
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One person or legal entity may maintain only one account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

5.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI models based on your inputs belongs to you. However, we may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models.

6. Payment and Subscription Terms

6.1 Fees

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. All fees are exclusive of taxes, and you are responsible for applicable taxes.

6.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change our fees with 30 days' notice to existing customers
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIELDRUN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fieldrun and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, please contact support@fieldrun.co first so we can attempt to resolve it informally.

13.2 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fieldrun operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Fieldrun
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
  • Assignment: You may not assign these terms without our consent
